We offer an extensive line of Viking music on hold products such as the Viking ACA-1A Automated Attendant which is a single-port Automated Attendant with a user recordable digital voice announcer. It provides a professional solution for increasing call handling capacity without adding costly staff. One minute of non-volatile digital memory available to provide greeting and menu of up to 10 departments or extensions, remote or local recording, programmable ring delay, professionally greets and processes calls, compatible with Centrex, PBX, Hybrid Key and many electronic key systems with OPX or single line station capabilities, stores up to nine(9) 16 digit speed dial numbers and one(1) 32 digit number, processes approximately four calls per minute (stack as many units as necessary for larger capacity), record announcements with a standard carbon handset or tape player with separate announcements for greeting/menu selection, confirmation and busy extension.


The Viking DVA-500A Professional 1-Channel Digital Announcer is a professional digital voice announcer specifically designed for ACD/UCD, hotel-motel wake up, auto attendant, intercept, night message, information provider applications and other PABX, Centrex and C.O. announcement functions. It features 1 minute of record time, record and review announcements locally or remotely or download pre recorded announcements from a tape player, selectable ring delay, detects CPC signal and disconnects, callers may be transferred after the announcement, messages stored in non-volatile memory (no batteries required), recording volume LED indicator for consistently high-quality recordings, and recognizes handshake signals from virtually any PABX, Centrex or C.O. line.
