Expansion Board For ACD-10 is an expandable option for Model# ACD-10 , which allows for an expansion from 6 to 10 stations. It also offers the option to add transfer only stations, which can be used as a tie line to transfer calls to another phone system, or be used by manager, billing agents or any other personnel that should not get inbound calls, but is available to receive calls tranferred form any agent.
